Day 1:

After an afternoon arrival in Bordeaux, you will enjoy an introduction to the Bordeaux vineyards at the Ecole du Bordeaux followed by a cellar visit and tasting at the Chateau Lynches Bages

Day 2:

Your morning will begin with a cooking demonstration with chef Nicolas Frion followed by lunch at the Chapon Fin restaurant in Bordeaux. Later enjoy a cheese tasting demonstration by fromager Jean d'Alose and a guided tour of Bordeaux's historical monuments and old town with your guide. Free time to discover Bordeaux Center. Dinner on your own.

Day 3:

This morning, enjoy cellar visits and tastings at two premier chateau's in St. Emilion. Lunch at your leisure in St. Emilion. After lunch you and the guide will have an opportunity to visit the medieval village of St. Emilion, a UNESCO World Heritage City. Dinner at a local restaurant in Medoc (Le Salamendre or similar)

Day 4:

Today, there is more wine tasting on the agenda - cellar and tastings in a Grand Crus classe chateau in Pauillac followed by lunch at Chateau les Ormes de Pez in St. Estephe. After lunch your guide has more wine tasting on the agenda - cellar visits and tastings in two Grand Crus classe chateaux in St. Estephe. Dinner at the Cafi Lavinale.

Day 5:

Chef Thierry Marx and his team will provide a cooking demonstration in the Harvest Kitchens of Chateau Lynch Bages. Lunch in a local bistrot (Brasserie du Relais de Margaux or similar). After lunch, cellar visits and tastings at Haut Brion & Yquem, followed by dinner at the Relais & Chateau Cordeillan Bages

Day 6:

You'll depart from your hotel after breakfast. Cellar visits and tastings in two chateaux in the St. Julien-Beychevelle and Margaux appellations. Enjoy a farewell luncheon at a local bistrot or Chateau before departing for the airport.
